Recently, I was brainstorming with one of our associates. He’s been my vendor, my creative partner and my friend for many years. Talking to him, I came to the realization that we were great at getting projects completed quickly at a fair price with great thought and vibrant creativity, and we love doing this…watching that missing piece fall into place for a client.

We know marketers like you have established relationships with great agencies. Having been a marketer myself and having worked with some agencies I’d be thrilled to work with again, I have experienced times where I was faced with having to find additional resources – because we had a huge opening with too many projects that had to be done at one time…because my CEO changed direction and wanted us to turn around three different fully articulated project concepts that would normally take many…MANY…weeks done in only four days (and two of those days were the weekend). True stories. The simple fact is that we all experience moments like this.

Being a marketer is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. First, you build a strong foundation. Then you start putting pieces together that will get you to your desired result. But, the reality is that sometimes we’re missing pieces or we need to find one that fits better for the project at hand.
